If you didn't read the terms of service, I won't be responsible for your inaccuracy, and I will refuse.⟢ ㅤ* ㅤ. ㅤ⊹ㅤ * ㅤ· ㅤ✧ㅤ. ㅤ˚ㅤ ‧• Please provide and prepare a clear reference, as it will help with your commission.• I mostly use Discord as communication.• If I don't respond to your DM concerning requesting a commission, I'm most likely occupied, and I won't respond. Preferably, wait / apply for a spot on the waitlist.• I'm busier during Tuesdays to Fridays, I may not respond as fast, as well as taking time with my commissions.• If there are more than 3+ characters or the artwork has a detailed bg, do expect the estimated time of the artwork finishing will be 1 - 4+ weeks• For YCH: There will be a status showing if a certain YCH is available or not. Please only order at the current currency I'm accepting (ex. I currently am not taking Robux for commissions, that also applies to YCH until I am available for Robux again.). Do not trace my works, taking inspiration or reference from my YCH for personalized work is fine, otherwise, please don't exactly copy/draw my YCH for profit.• I am able to decline requests that I'm uncomfortable with• NO finding loopholes, I still have the right to decline whatsoever.⟢ ㅤ* ㅤ. ㅤ⊹ㅤ * ㅤ· ㅤ✧ㅤ. ㅤ˚ㅤ ‧— ☕ ⑅【 Ownership 】—• Artworks for commercial use will be priced higher; please let me know beforehand.• As the artist, I have the right to share WIPs and post the finished image. Otherwise, please request beforehand whether you wish for the commission to be kept private.• Do not erase any of my signatures for such.• Do not use my artwork for AI training / NFT / or crypto.⟢ ㅤ* ㅤ. ㅤ⊹ㅤ * ㅤ· ㅤ✧ㅤ. ㅤ˚ㅤ ‧— ☕ ⑅【 Payment 】—• I only take payment from Ko-fi, Robux, or Nitro. ONLY when I decide which ones I'm accepting at the moment.• Payment is after the sketch, unless you wish to pay upfront.• The sketch will not be continued unless paid.• RESERVED SLOTS ARE NOT FREE. If you wish to do so, that will take an extra payment, the price may vary on how long the waitlist is.• Any revisions after the sketch that exceed the limit of 2 changes, any further revisions will be paid extra; price varies from details. So make sure you've said everything• Please note that the prices may rise depending on the complexity, and read the prices thoroughly.• anyone with 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐞 role ( Basically, trusted commissioner, you get the role automatically if you commission frequently / a lot, role is found in Discord ) can recommend 1 friend to commission me & they'll get a $15 discount!! Adoptable

• There are no refunds.• If there are any biddings, be 100% sure if you want the design and you are able to pay— ☕ ⑅【 Ownership 】—• Specify if the adoptable will be used for commercial use (merch , ads , any monetary)• I will not change any detail of the character, what you buy is what you will get. Redesigning it is okay but I will not do it for you• Please credit me for the design when used• Clients cannot claim to have made the art, design, use it for AI, use it for NFT etc.— ☕ ⑅【 Trading】—• You are not allowed to resell until 2 days for the purpose of preventing purchases just for insta-resell profiting• Reselling/trade/gifting is okay but not at a higher price than bought, unless extra art or add-ons has been bought.
